Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Child-parent psychotherapy (CPP) is a trauma-focused therapy for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers that strengthens relationships and helps families heal from traumatic life events. It has been shown to be effective in reducing emotional and behavioral difficulties associated with trauma, enhancing safe caregiving practices, and strengthening the parent-child relationship.
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) is an effective therapy for young children ages 2-7 with behavioral problems that has been repeatedly shown to reduce behavior problems, strengthen parent-child attachment, and improve child trauma symptoms.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy is a structured, short-term, effective treatment for children and adolescents (ages 3-18) who have experienced trauma. As the gold-standard of child trauma treatments, it has been repeatedly shown to successfully resolve emotional and behaviorally difficulties associated with trauma.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Cognitive processing therapy (CPT) is a highly-effective cognitive-behavioral treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) for adults (ages 14+). Cognitive processing therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms related to a variety of traumatic events such as physical and sexual abuse or assault, accidents, threats, military combat, or being a witness to violence or death
